JAPAN-AMERICA SOCIETY OF TENNESSEE

The bytes of knowledge elearning divison produced Things Japanese in Tennessee for the Japan-America Society of Tennessee. The project was made possible by a grant from Toshiba and in-kind donations from bytes of knowledge and Ichiban restaurant. Additional units are planned in the future as grants are awarded.

To simulate some of the fun of a Japanese conveyor-style restaurant, this Knowledge Check is answered by dragging the correct plates off the conveyor and onto the table.

vegetables helps the learner say and understand
common Japanese food names.
